Maiom Real Estate began as a property management business focused on Airbnb rentals. We later expanded into real estate sales to help our clients find the most profitable investment properties in Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
We offer a wide inventory of properties and work hand in hand with the best advisors in the region, with the goal of delivering effective results for both sellers and buyers.
Playa del Carmen is one of the fastest-growing cities in the world. Although our formal operations began in 2017, we have been present since 2015, giving us a deep understanding of the real estate market in the Riviera Maya.
The Maiom network is built on strong relationships with our clients and both local and international real estate agents. Our infrastructure allows us not only to sell properties quickly from our portfolio but also to guide our clients every step of the way, offering truly integrated solutions through our property management and vacation rental divisions.
